Improved SMS User Interface

Customers can now start a message from the new messaging section. This new functionality is available across Desktop and both mobile apps.

We’re creating a more intuitive and efficient experience for users who can now initiate text conversations through the new messaging section without having to navigate through multiple sections so they can easily manage their messaging communications.

Improvements

Headset Support - Aircall Desktop

Similar to Jabra and Yealink headphones, we now support Poly headset physically commands.

Users can use the physical buttons on their Poly headsets to easily:

  • Answer and hang up calls.
  • Unmute or mute
