Insight Cards in Aircall display an in-app link when information about the caller exists in another tool. This lets you open the related record directly from your Phone application.
Insight Cards with integrations
Many Aircall integrations can automatically display an in-app link when a matching contact is found.
Example
If you have a contact named Bill Gates in your Pipedrive CRM, his name will be displayed in your Phone application whenever you receive a call from him, with a direct link that redirects to his contact page within your CRM interface.
Using Insight Cards with other CRMs
If you are using a CRM that is not listed as a supported integration, or using your own custom internal CR, you can use Aircall’s public API to display the in-app link in your Phone application. Please visit Aircall developer website for more information.
