With the Aircall–Avoma integration, you can automatically transcribe and analyze customer-facing calls to receive summarized notes and actionable insights from every conversation. The setup only takes a few minutes.

Important: Only an Admin in Avoma can connect or disconnect the Aircall account.
If you have multiple users in Aircall, each user must also sign up in Avoma, otherwise their calls will not be processed.

Confirm your Avoma admin access

Before connecting Aircall, confirm that you are an authorized Admin in Avoma:

  1. Go to https://app.avoma.com/settings/users.
  2. Verify that your account has Admin privileges.

How calls are processed in Avoma

When calls are made using a phone number linked through Aircall, Avoma automatically receives a webhook from Aircall. Avoma then creates a recording with associated details such as the transcript, notes, and insights. You can find these recordings under Avoma’s Past Meetings section.

Important: Avoma currently receives all webhooks for calls made from linked phone numbers and emails.
Any webhook associated with an email address not matching a user in Avoma (linked to the Aircall account) will be ignored.
