Postcall is an app built for Aircall customers to send SMS and email surveys automatically after a call. Setting up the integration only takes a few minutes.
Connect your Aircall account
Steps:
- Go to postcall.io and log in.
- Click Connect Aircall.
- When prompted, allow Postcall to access your Aircall call information by selecting Authorize.
- Once connected, you will see a confirmation message: Aircall Connected.
Create a survey
After connecting Aircall, you’ll be asked to create your first survey.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set a survey title.
- Add your survey questions.
You can customize your survey content directly within the Postcall interface.
Test your survey (optional)
You can send a test version of your survey to verify the setup.
- Enter your email address.
- View and test the survey you created to ensure it appears as expected.
Create triggers
Next, you’ll configure triggers that determine when and how surveys are sent. Triggers can be based on specific Aircall events and criteria.
You can select multiple criteria, such as:
- Inbound or outbound call
- Phone number used to make or receive the call*
- Call duration
- Aircall user making the call*
- Tags used during the call (set a new tag or use an existing one from Postcall)
- Survey delivery method, either SMS or email **
You must add all the same telephone numbers in Aircall to your Postcall integration that are listed in your trigger. To do this, you must be an Aircall Admin user.
Steps:
1. Log in to the Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
3. Search for Postcall in the search bar and click on it
4. Click Add numbers in the Connected numbers section.
Note: For surveys sent by email, the contact must exist in Aircall with a valid email address.
If you prefer to send surveys by email but not all contacts have an address, select Email first, SMS fallback in your Postcall settings.
Once your triggers are configured, surveys will be sent automatically according to your chosen conditions.
Access your Postcall Dashboard
Your integration is now active. You can review your survey performance and call activity at any time.
- Log in to your Postcall Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Surveys tab to view details of sent or completed surveys.
- To access more information for a specific survey, click Open in the View column under Recently completed surveys.
You’re all set! Your Postcall integration is now ready to collect valuable feedback from your Aircall calls.
