The Aircall–FLG CRM integration helps streamline your workflow by automatically logging call information in FLG CRM and removing the need for manual data entry. Setup takes just a few minutes.
Before getting started, ensure that:
- You have admin rights in both Aircall and FLG CRM.
- You use the same email address for both accounts.
Authenticate Aircall in FLG CRM
Steps:
- Log in to your FLG CRM account.
- In the side navigation bar, click Settings > Users.
- In the Administration section, select Enable user to manage voice.
- Click Settings > Voice in the side navigation bar.
- Click Connect under the Aircall integration section.
- Follow the authorization steps to link your Aircall account.
- Once connected, the integration status in FLG will show Connected.
Add a number to your FLG integration
Steps:
- Log in to the Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API.
- Choose FLG under My integrations.
- In the Connected numbers section, click + Add numbers.
- Search for or select the numbers you want to connect.
- Click Confirm to save your selection.
Important: You must add at least one telephone number to the FLG integration. Only connected numbers will work with your FLG integration.
Using your FLG CRM integration
Once configured, Aircall automatically syncs call details with your FLG CRM account. Call notes and recordings can be viewed directly within your FLG leads.
Steps:
- Go to a lead in FLG CRM and open the Summary tab.
- View Telephone Call notes from the Summary tab.
- To see more details, click Expand or select View to open the call information.
- To play a recording, click the Play Call Recording button.
- For a complete call overview, select View Telephone Call. This displays all call details, including a link to the recording.
Important points
Note: If you already have a click-to-call provider configured in FLG CRM, it must be disabled by FLG before you can set up Aircall.
- If multiple leads share the same phone number, the Telephone Call note is added to the most recently received lead.
- If multiple FLG accounts are connected to one Aircall account and share the same number across leads, a Telephone Call note will be created on the most recent lead in each FLG account.
- If a number is not recognized by FLG or stored in an inaccessible field, no Telephone Call note will be created.
- All Aircall users on your account can access call recordings.
- A call recording is not created if an outbound call goes unanswered.
- Manual Telephone Call notes can still be added if needed.
