The Rippling integration allows you to unify employee data and systems by automatically managing Aircall user access through Single Sign-On (SSO) and account provisioning. This means you can automatically create or remove Aircall accounts as employees join or leave your company.

For example, you can configure the integration so that every new full-time employee automatically receives an Aircall account as soon as their contract is signed.

Before starting, make sure you have admin rights in both Aircall and Rippling.

Add Aircall to Rippling

Follow the steps below to connect your Aircall and Rippling accounts.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Rippling account
  2. Go to the App Shop sectio
  3. Search for Aircall, then click Install
  4. Sign in to your Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
  5. Click API keys > Generate an API key
  6. Name your API key (choose any name).
  7. Copy your API ID and API Token.
Important: You can only copy and save your API token before clicking Confirm.
After confirming, you will still be able to view your API ID, but not the API token.
  1. In Rippling, paste your API ID and API Token into the corresponding fields.

  1. Click Continue, then follow the prompts in Rippling to choose your settings and complete the integration setup.

Once the integration is connected, you can further customize it to match your company’s workflows. This includes:

  • Adding users and teams, and matching users between Aircall and Rippling
  • Selecting which employees automatically receive Aircall accounts during onboarding
  • Providing a payment method if your Aircall account is currently on a free plan
Tip: Based on your configuration, employees will automatically be provisioned with an Aircall account. You can manage access rules and groups directly from your Rippling dashboard.
