The Aircall and Planhat integration allows your support and customer success teams to streamline their workflow by connecting calls and customer data between both platforms. The setup process is quick and straightforward.

Important: Before starting, ensure that you have Admin rights in both Aircall and Planhat.
Also, confirm that all Aircall users use the same email address for both accounts.

Add Aircall to Planhat

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Planhat account.
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  3. Click on Aircall.
  4. Copy the URL provided by Planhat from your browser’s address bar. You’ll need it for the next step.

Add Planhat to your Aircall Dashboard

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Aircall Dashboard>Integrations & API
  2. Go to the Search tab and select Webhook.
  3. Click Install integration.
  4. On the installation page, paste the Planhat URL you copied earlier into the URL field.
  5. Choose a name for your integration.
  6. Click Add webhook.
Note: Once you complete these steps, your Aircall–Planhat integration will be active and ready to use.

Making a call from Planhat

You can use Aircall’s click-to-dial feature to make calls directly from Planhat.

  1. Install one of Aircall’s browser extensions (available for Chrome and other supported browsers).
  2. Once installed, click on any phone number in Planhat to start a call automatically through Aircall.
