The Aircall–Kustomer integration allows your calls to be automatically logged in Kustomer. To complete the setup, you’ll need to create an API key in Aircall, install the Aircall app in Kustomer, and configure Kustomer within Aircall.
Before starting, contact your Kustomer Account Manager or their support team at support@kustomer.com. They can assist you with the setup and help create workflows that ensure your calls are properly logged in Kustomer.
Step 1: Create your API key in Aircall
- Log in to your Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
- Select the API keys page
- Click Generate an API key
- Enter a name for your API key
- Copy your API ID and API Token and store them securely for later use
- Click Confirm
Step 2: Install the Aircall app in Kustomer
Before installation, you need to convert your Aircall API credentials into Base64 format:
- Go to https://www.base64encode.org/.

Enter your API credentials in the following format:
APIID:APIToken (Do not include spaces.)
- Click Encode.
- Copy the full encoded text (including all symbols) and save it for later use.
Steps to install the Aircall App:
- In Kustomer, go to the Apps page.
- Search for Aircall in the Explore Directory section.
- Click Aircall, then select Install.
- Enter the Base64 API key you created earlier.
- Click Install.
- Once installed, navigate to Settings > Platform > Inbound Webhooks.
- Go to the Form Hooks tab and copy the Aircall webhook URL.
Step 3: Configure Kustomer within Aircall
- Go back to your Aircall Dashboard.
- Click Integrations & API in the left sidebar menu.
- Under the Discover integrations tab, select Webhook.
- Paste the webhook URL you copied from Kustomer.
- Choose the Aircall events you want to log in Kustomer.
- To log only call activity, enable:
call.createdcall.answeredcall.hungupcall.endedcall.assigned
- To log only call activity, enable:
- Click Add Webhook to confirm.
Tip: Once the webhook is added, Aircall will automatically start sending event data to Kustomer based on your selected triggers.
That’s it! Your Kustomer integration is now configured.
