Aircall supports multiple phone number formats when logging calls to integrations. This allows your calls to match existing records in tools such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zendesk Support, and Intercom. This article lists the formats supported for specific countries and outlines when to use E.164 formatting.
Supported formats
Aircall accepts all of the formats listed below for the corresponding countries and supported integrations.
Important: HubSpot does not support the FR8 format. For example, +33 7 62 04 35 75 will not match in HubSpot.
Note: For other integrations or countries not listed, Aircall may support additional formats. However, it is recommended to use the E.164 international format, which requires a plus sign, country code, and the number without special characters.
Tip: For detailed information about a specific integration, refer to that integration's dedicated article.

Important: To match with a record in your CRM or Helpdesk, one of the supported formats must appear in the lead, contact, or user field.
Contact sync and number format
The contact sync feature supports only the E.164 format with the country code. No other number formats will work with contact sync. For more information, please visit our article Synchronizing Your Integration's Contacts To Aircall.
