This article explains how to connect integrations, define business hours, and manage the teams and users associated with an Aircall phone number.

If you are an Aircall admin, you can access the Call distribution, Settings,  Integrations, and Users & teams tabs from the Aircall Dashboard by selecting a phone number in the Numbers list.

Accessing number settings

To configure a phone number:

  1. Go to Aircall Dashboard > Numbers.
  2. Select the phone number you want to configure.
  3. Open the relevant tab: Integrations, Settings or Users & teams.

Integrations

The Integrations tab lets you view all integrations currently connected to the selected number, or add a new integration.

You can manage existing integrations directly from this section.

Steps:

  1. Open the Integrations tab for the selected number.
  2. Click the three dots next to an integration to open the options menu.
  3. Select Edit settings to access the integration configuration, or remove the integration if needed.

Teams & users

The Users & teams tab displays all users and teams assigned to the selected number.

From this section, you can:

  • View assigned users and teams.
  • Click on the Add teams or users to be redirected to the Call Distribution configuration.
  • Go to the assigned team or user's page by clicking on the three dots to edit it.
  • Add users to the Call and data access to determine which users can make calls and monitor activity but can't receive calls.
