HubSpot’s Reporting Dashboards allow Professional and Enterprise users to embed external content directly into their dashboards. This means you can view Aircall’s Admin Dashboard directly within HubSpot, alongside your other HubSpot reports and analytics.
Important: This feature is only available for HubSpot Professional and Enterprise plan users.
Adding Aircall into HubSpot
Follow these steps to embed your Aircall Admin Dashboard within a HubSpot Dashboard:
Steps:
In HubSpot, go to Reports > Dashboards.
Choose to either edit an existing Dashboard or create a new one.
In the Dashboard view, click Actions, then select Add external content.

In the new window:
Select Other content.
Enter a Title (for example, “Aircall Admin Dashboard”).
Paste your Aircall Admin Dashboard URL.

Click Create.
Once added, click and drag from the bottom right corner to resize the Aircall Dashboard view within HubSpot.
Your Aircall Admin Dashboard is now successfully embedded in HubSpot and ready to use.
Tip: Embedding Aircall’s Dashboard gives you quick access to live metrics and performance insights without switching between platforms.
Limitations
While embedding the Aircall Dashboard in HubSpot adds convenience, there are a few important limitations to be aware of:
Login access: You cannot log in to your Aircall Dashboard directly from HubSpot. Make sure you are already signed in to Aircall in your browser before using it within HubSpot. Non-admin users will not be able to access the embedded Aircall Dashboard and will instead see a loading symbol.
Live Coaching: The Live Coaching feature from Aircall’s Dashboard cannot be used within HubSpot.
Dashboard item limit: Embedded content like the Aircall Dashboard counts toward your item limit per HubSpot Dashboard, but it does not count toward your custom report limit.
