Aircall Help Center | Using your REISift integration

The REISift integration allows Aircall users to automatically log call activities, access contact details, and make calls directly from REISift. Follow the steps below to install, configure, and use the integration. Make sure you are an Admin in Aircall and that you have access to REISift.

Installing REISift

Steps:

Log in to both the Aircall Admin Dashboard and REISift.
Go to the REISift integration page and click Install, or click Connect with Aircall from within REISift.

You will be redirected to Aircall to complete the installation. Click Authorize to continue.

Select a Number, then click Add Number, or click Skip for now.

Important: At least one number must be selected for call activity to log in REISift. You can add or remove numbers later in the Aircall Dashboard.

Configuring REISift

Once installation is complete, you will be redirected to REISift to configure user settings.

Steps:

Map each Aircall user in your company to their corresponding REISift user account. This ensures that calls are correctly attributed to the right user in REISift.

Return to the Aircall Dashboard.
In the left sidebar, click Integrations & API, then locate your REISift integration under My integrations.

From here, you can add or remove numbers associated with your integration.

Note: Only calls to or from numbers assigned to your REISift integration will appear in your REISift call history.

Using your REISift integration

Once configured, the integration automatically logs and displays call information in REISift.

Every call made or received through an Aircall number linked to the integration will appear in the Activity Log of the associated record.

When receiving a call from a record in REISift, an insight card will appear showing key details such as the record owner, mailing address, and owned properties.
With Aircall’s Browser Extension, REISift users can use Click to Dial and PowerDial directly from within REISift.
