This guide explains how to connect your Aircall account with Gorgias so that call activity is logged correctly. Follow the steps below in both Gorgias and Aircall to complete the setup.

Set up the integration in Gorgias

Begin the configuration from your Gorgias account.

Steps: 

  1. Log in to your Gorgias account.
  2. Open Tickets, then select Settings.
  3. Go to the Integrations section.
  4. Select Aircall.

  1. Click Connect Aircall.

  1. When redirected to the setup page, follow the instructions and select I did it once you complete each step.

Configure the integration in Aircall

After completing the Gorgias steps, finalize the connection in your Aircall Dashboard.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API.
  2. In the search bar type and select Webhook.

  1. From the Webhook's description page click "Install integration"
  2. Paste the Gorgias webhook URL into the Integration URL field.

  1. Select the Aircall events you want to log in Gorgias.
    • To log only calls, enable call.created, call.answered, and call.ended.
  2. Select Add Webhook to confirm.

Connect numbers

Important: Number selection must be completed only from the Gorgias dashboard. Numbers cannot be selected from Aircall.
Important: Your Aircall numbers will not appear in Gorgias until each number has made or received at least one call after setup. To ensure that all numbers are available, place or receive a call from every number once the integration is configured.
