The Klaus integration allows you to easily review, rate, and analyze your Aircall conversations. By connecting Aircall with Klaus, your team can assess call quality, provide feedback, and track performance directly from the Klaus platform.

Setting up your Klaus integration

Before you begin, ensure that you have Admin rights in both Aircall and Klaus.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Klaus account and go to Settings.
  2. Under Connections, select Add Connection > Aircall.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your accounts.
  4. When prompted, enter your Aircall credentials to complete the setup.

Note: If the connection is successful, Klaus will begin importing your Aircall data automatically.

Adding Aircall users

After connecting Aircall, you need to invite the users who will be reviewed in Klaus.

Steps:

  1. In your Klaus account, navigate to Teams.
  2. Click Manage under the Aircall team.
  3. Review the list of your Aircall users.
  4. Invite the users who should be rated.

Invited users will receive an email invitation to join and use Klaus.

Syncing your calls to Klaus

Once your integration is configured, your Aircall calls will sync with Klaus automatically after the initial import. You can also manually sync calls whenever needed.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Connections in your Klaus account.
  2. Click Refresh to manually trigger a new sync.
Tip: Manual syncs are useful if you’ve recently made updates in Aircall and want to see them reflected in Klaus immediately.

Rating calls in Klaus

After your integration is set up and users are added, you can start reviewing and rating calls.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Conversations tab in Klaus.
  2. Select a call from the list to review.
  3. Listen to the recording, rate the call, and review any notes taken.
  4. Add comments to provide detailed feedback.
  5. Customize your rating criteria (for example, Resolution, Empathy, or Product Knowledge) to suit your business needs.
Note: Teammates can view their past ratings in their inbox, and overall performance results are available on the Dashboard tab.
