The Aircall and Shopify integration provides instant access to customer details during phone calls. When connected, Aircall displays each customer’s contact information, past orders, tracking numbers, order status, and direct links to Shopify. This ensures your team can quickly view key details without manually searching, helping to deliver faster and more personalized service.
Important: Before starting, make sure you have Admin rights in Aircall.
Install and configure your Shopify integration
Setting up the integration is quick and can be completed directly from your Aircall Dashboard.
Steps:
- Search for Shopify and click on the icon
- On the integration's page click Install integration

You’ll be redirected to the Aircall listing on Shopify’s App Marketplace
- Click Install form the Shopify store
- After installation, you’ll be redirected back to the Aircall Dashboard to authorize the connection between Aircall and Shopify.
- Select which Aircall numbers you’d like to connect to the integration. For these numbers, Insight Cards will appear on inbound calls.
- Confirm your selection of connected numbers.
Once the setup is complete, your Shopify integration is ready to use. You can now provide a seamless, personalized experience to every customer.
Note: Aircall can only recognize a customer if their phone number already exists in your Shopify account. To ensure full synchronization, make sure your Shopify contacts are up to date.
After connecting Aircall and Shopify, your team gains instant access to customer details as soon as the phone rings. This integration enhances visibility and helps agents provide better support.
Insight Cards
When an incoming or outgoing call matches a phone number saved in Shopify:
- The customer’s details will automatically display in the Aircall phone app.
- You’ll see the customer’s name, email address, previous orders, and tracking numbers, along with quick links to:
- Parcel tracking
- Customer page
- Order details
- All created orders associated with that customer are shown unless they are archived.
- The order status will appear as Paid or Pending, but draft orders are not displayed.
Tip: To get the most out of your integration, ensure your Shopify customer records are regularly updated with accurate phone numbers.
