The integration between Aircall and Re:amaze helps your support team manage calls efficiently from within your Re:amaze workspace. Setting it up is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to connect your accounts and start using the integration.

Set up your Re:amaze channel

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Re:amaze account.
  2. Go to Settings > Channels > Voice Channels.
  3. Click Add Voice Channel.
  4. Enter a name for your channel, and select Aircall as the Voice Provider.
  5. Check the box Log calls on start without waiting for recording to ensure calls are logged as they begin, rather than after completion.
Important: Selecting “Log calls on start without waiting for recording” ensures that all incoming and outgoing calls are captured immediately in Re:amaze.

Generate your Aircall API credentials

Next, you’ll need to create an API key in Aircall to connect your Re:amaze account.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
  2. Open the API Keys tab
  3. Click Generate an API key
  4. Enter a name for your key, then copy the API ID and API Token
Note: In Re:amaze, paste the Aircall API ID into the API Token ID field, and the Aircall API Token into the API Token Secret field.

Complete the installation in Re:amaze

Return to your Re:amaze account to finish setting up the integration.

Steps:

  1. Paste the copied API ID and API Token into the corresponding fields.
  2. Select the phone number and agents you want to connect to the channel.
  3. Click Next Step.

Once these steps are complete, your integration is active and ready to use.

Tip: You can verify the connection by making a test call or checking that your Aircall numbers and agents appear in Re:amaze.

Make calls from Re:amaze

To start making calls directly from Re:amaze, enable Click-to-Dial in Aircall

  1. Follow the setup process for Click-to-Dial in Aircall.
  2. Once enabled, you can click on any phone number in Re:amaze to start a call instantly via Aircall.
