The Aircall–Callingly integration allows you to automatically trigger calls in Aircall when a new lead comes in through Callingly. It also syncs call results and recordings back to Callingly, streamlining your lead management process. Setting it up only takes a few minutes.

Important: Before starting, make sure you have Admin rights in both Aircall and Callingly.

Set up the integration

Steps:

  1. Log in to the Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
  2.  Search for Callingly
  3. Open Callingly from the list and click Install integration.

Once the installation starts, you’ll be guided through three quick setup steps.

Step 1: Log in to Callingly

Sign in to your Callingly account using Admin credentials. This step authorizes Aircall to access your Callingly data.

Step 2: Authenticate Aircall

Click Authorize to allow Callingly to access your call information in Aircall. This enables the two systems to communicate securely.

Step 3: Connect an Aircall number

Select the Aircall number you want to link to Callingly from the dropdown menu. This number will be used to trigger calls automatically when new leads appear.

Your Callingly integration with Aircall is now active. You can start setting up agents, creating teams, and customizing workflows to fit your sales process.
