With Aircall and ActiveCampaign, teams can capture call data to accelerate sales cycles, automate marketing campaigns, and create personalized customer experiences from the first touchpoint.

Setting up the ActiveCampaign integration only takes a few steps.

Before you begin

Ensure the following requirements are met:

  • You have Admin rights in both Aircall and ActiveCampaign.
  • All Aircall users are registered with the same email address in both accounts.

Install the integration

Follow these steps to install the integration from the Aircall Dashboard.

Steps:

  1. Log in to the Aircall Admin Dashboard > Integrations & API
  2. Find and click ActiveCampaign
  3. Click Install integration to begin the installation flow
  4. Authorize ActiveCampaign to access information about your calls
  5. Select the numbers you would like to link to the integration
  6. Click Add numbers to continue.
Note: You may choose to skip the number selection step. However, in order for call activity to log in ActiveCampaign, at least one number must be selected. You can add or remove numbers associated with your integration at any time directly from the Aircall Dashboard.

Gather required information

Before completing the setup, collect the following details from your ActiveCampaign account:

  • Account Name: In ActiveCampaign, navigate to Settings > Account in the left-hand menu and copy your Account Name.
  • API URL: In ActiveCampaign, navigate to Settings > Developer in the left-hand menu and copy the API URL.
  • API Key: In ActiveCampaign, navigate to Settings > Developer in the left-hand menu and copy the API Key.
  • Email Domain: This is a placeholder email domain that will be used to populate the email field when a new contact is created in ActiveCampaign from a call. You may use any dummy email domain, but you must decide on one before continuing.

Steps:

  1. Enter your Account Name, API URL, API Key, and Email Domain in the installation flow.
  2. Click Next to proceed, then click Finish to complete the installation.
  3. Your ActiveCampaign integration is now installed.
