To remove users or teams from a call distribution, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Admin Dashboard, then click the Numbers tab
- Select the number linked to the user/team you want to remove
- Click Call Distribution, then click the Edit button (top right, green button)
You will now enter the Smartflows editor, where you can make the necessary updates:
- In the editor, click on the three dots on the right side of the user’s or team name and select “Delete step”.
Once the user or team has been deleted from the call distribution, it will no longer be connected/associated with the number.
