How to Verify your Aircall Account (Browser/Web)

Steps to Verify Your Account

1. Initiate Verification through your Aircall Dashboard:
   
   • After creating your new account, you will see a pop-up in the lower-right corner of your Aircall Dashboard.
   • Click on the link in the pop-up to launch the verification process.

2. When the verification process launches, select Agree and continue.

3. When presented with a QR code, select Other Options.

4. Select Continue on this device.

5. Follow the instructions presented to you throughout the verification process.
6. Provide Information:
   • You will be asked to provide certain information to verify your identity. The specific details may vary, but commonly include:
     • Legal business name 
     • Address
     • Contact information
     • Identification documents (e.g., a government-issued ID, passport, residence permit) 
       • Ensure that the documents are valid and not expired.
7. Review and Submit:
   • Carefully review all the information you have provided to ensure its accuracy.
   • Submit the information and documents to complete the verification process.
8. Verification Processing:
   • Once submitted, your information will be processed automatically. The processing time can vary, so please be patient.

9. Notification of Completion:
   • If your verification is successful, you will gain full access to the Aircall’s trial features, and the ability to upgrade your account. 
   • If there are any issues with your verification, you will be notified that your verification was not accepted and can re-try the process.

Alternative Verification Process

If you have opted out of consent for sharing biometric data to complete verification, you can still verify your account. You will proceed with verification providing all necessary information, excluding biometric data, using the same processes detailed above.
