What is the account verification process?
Aircall's account verification process is quick, straightforward, and designed to ensure the security and compliance of our platform. We understand that your time is valuable, so we've streamlined the steps involved to minimize any inconvenience while maintaining the highest standards of security.
Our process typically involves a few simple checks to confirm your identity and business information before granting full access to a trial or allowing for an upgrade to a paid account.
Why account verification?
Verifying your account helps Aircall maintain a secure and compliant platform by mitigating the potential for misuse and fraudulent activities.
When is account verification required?
All new accounts must be verified upon creation.
Who is responsible for completing account verification?
The person who creates the Aircall account must complete the verification process. It's important to note that other users added to the account cannot access or complete the verification process.
What is the impact of verification, or lack thereof, on my Aircall account?
To upgrade to a paid account and use the Aircall trial to its full potential, you must complete the verification process. If you do not complete the verification process, you will be subject to trial account limitations and will not be able to upgrade to a paid account.
I don’t want to consent to sharing biometric data. Can I still complete verification?
Yes! We offer an alternative account verification process that does not require biometric verification. To complete this process, please see the following articles:
My verification has been rejected. What do I do now?
Your account verification may be rejected due to incorrect verification documents or inaccurate information. You have two attempts to complete verification. If your first attempt is rejected, please review our best practices and troubleshooting guides before trying again. If verification is rejected, you cannot create an Aircall account.
