If your company does not have a Meta business portfolio, one must be created.
- For new Meta Business accounts, consider gradually adding admins to avoid potential flags or restrictions.
Next, verify your business within the Meta business suite if not already done.
- Verification by Meta can be approved in as short as 10 minutes or as long as 14 business days.
- You’ll receive a notification when the verification review is complete.

Please ensure the following:

The Aircall admin connecting WhatsApp has full administrative permissions for the associated Meta business portfolio. Limited permissions for new admins can cause setup issues.
Your Meta Business account is fully verified and compliant with Meta's Business Messaging and Commerce Policies.
