This article guides you through confirming your Aircall account's automated renewal schedule, understanding Aircall's subscription renewal policies, and determining the optimal timing for contract adjustments.
Confirming Your Renewal Schedule
To verify your renewal date:
- Log in to your Aircall dashboard.
- Navigate to the "Plan" section.
- The "Renewal Date" will be displayed, and an auto-renewal indicator (a green loop symbol) will be present if enabled.

Benefits of Auto-Renewal
The primary advantage of enabling auto-renewal is to prevent service interruptions. Without it, your Aircall service will be deactivated immediately upon contract expiration.
Preventing Auto-Renewal of Your Aircall Plan
You have two options to prevent your Aircall plan from automatically renewing:

During Contract Signing:
- Inform your sales representative or Customer Success Manager that you do not want auto-renewal enabled on your plan.

After Subscription Activation:

For plans with fewer than 10 users:
- Initiate self-cancellation through your Aircall account. This will prevent automatic renewal at the end of your contract term.
- Example: If you subscribed in January 2025 for an annual plan and self-cancel on April 1, 2025, your plan will remain active until December 31, 2025, and will not renew for 2026.

For plans with 10 or more users:

Renewal Billing: Managing Users and Numbers
Avoid Overcharges: Any active users or phone numbers exceeding your contracted amount on your renewal date will be billed. Remove unnecessary licenses at least 24 hours before renewal.
Contractual Billing: You will be billed for the full contracted amount, even if you have fewer users or numbers on the renewal date.
