Understanding Overdue Payments
We understand that payment issues can be frustrating. A customer’s account may become overdue and deactivated due to:
- A declined credit card
- A failed direct debit
- No payment method on file
We are here to assist you in getting your account up and running again. Our goal is to make this process as smooth as possible so you can get back to using Aircall without any disruptions.
Updating Your Credit Card & Reactivating Your Account
When you update your credit card in the Aircall dashboard, our system automatically attempts to process any outstanding payments within 10-15 minutes, starting with the oldest invoice.
If your account was deactivated due to non-payment, the system will also process payment and reactivate your account within 15 minutes after adding a new card.
What to Do If Your Payment Isn’t Processed
- If it’s been less than 15 minutes, please allow time for the system to process your payment.
- If it’s been more than 15 minutes and the payment hasn’t gone through:
- Check your bank account to see if the payment was debited.
- If there is no charge, the payment may have failed
- Try removing and re-adding your card details in the dashboard to trigger the payment process again.
