This article explains Aircall's cancellation process, including how to determine your billing date, commitment period, and the required 30-day notice.
💡 For detailed cancellation steps, see: How to cancel my subscription?
Finding your billing date & identifying your commitment period:
Your billing date is displayed on the Aircall account owner's dashboard. For more information, see: How to find information about my plan. This date is used to schedule your cancellation.
The committed period is the minimum length of your contract. This period is specified in your Aircall contract under "initial terms".
💡 If you cannot find your contract: contact your account manager. Instructions on how to do so can be found in our article: How to contact my account manager?
30-day cancellation notice
Aircall's Terms and Conditions require a 30-day written or portal cancellation notice before the end of your committed period.

Automatic Renewals and Commitment Periods:
💡 Aircall subscriptions automatically renew, extending the current contract terms, including the original commitment period. For example, a two-year commitment renews for another two years.
