Aircall has simplified its Roles and Permissions. Users now have one of three roles: Agent, Supervisor, or Admin. Owner permissions can be added to any role as needed.
Roles and Permissions
Users only need to be assigned to one role, instead of multiple. The three roles are:
- Agent (Access to handle calls and conversations)
- Supervisor (Agent access, plus access to team calls, reporting, and basic settings in the Aircall Dashboard)
- Admin (Supervisor access, plus access to manage system settings, users, and numbers)
With each of these roles, Owner permissions can be additionally applied. This will allow users to manage company subscription, billing, security settings, and other owner users.
