We'd like to invite you to review this article before reading below: How are call prices determined?
Call report per user steps
Note: You can follow the same steps if you wish to generate a report based on a specific phone number instead of a user.
- Click on your company name at the bottom left of your dashboard -> Analytics -> Call History.
- Select the date range you need to review (Example: September 17th, 2024, to October 16th, 2024) and set the Call Type to Outbound (or Inbound if you wish to review toll-free billed numbers).
- Filter the results by choosing the user you wish to monitor, then click Update.
This will display all the details about calls made by the selected user for the specified period, including:
- Date
- Duration
- Destination
- And more.
When downloading the data, make sure to expand the dropdown menu "Advanced data options" and select "All results" in the "Number of rows to include" section to ensure you get the complete report.
Match call report to call pricing
Now that you have your call report, follow these steps:
- Remove unnecessary columns – Keep only the data relevant to your tracking needs.
-
Round call duration to a full minute – Add a new column and use a formula such as:
=ROUNDUP((NX/60),0)
(Replace "NX" with the appropriate cell reference for call duration in seconds.) - Add a column for minute pricing – Apply the correct rate per call type using the pricing you requested from your account manager or identified on your previous invoices.
