This is because we cannot share sensitive information or documentation with reseller accounts, as your contract is managed directly by your reseller.

How to Receive Support for My Aircall Account
We kindly ask that you submit any Billing and Product support requests through your reseller. They can contact Aircall support on your behalf to assist with issues such as plan confirmation, payment management, and more.
