Sellsy data in your Aircall Insights cards
When an inbound or outbound call with an Aircall number is started, the integration will search your Sellsy contacts by phone number. If it finds one, the contact information will be displayed in the Aircall Insight Cards.
- The information displayed will always include the contact name, email, and type.
- Based on contact type, position and linked company will also show.
- ased on opportunities linked, a matching opportunity and a link to it will show.

Call Activity creation
If a contact is found by phone or mobile number, a native Sellsy call activity will be created linked to your contacts and opportunities after the call has ended (approx. 1 min after). The native activity will have the following properties:
Result is added as follows:
- Aircall: Missed_call → Sellsy: “noanswer”
- Aircall: Answered → Sellsy: “connected”
- Aircall: Voicemail Left → Sellsy: “msgvocal”
Owner is the Aircall user, if emails match. For calls that do not have an Aircall user such as Inbound missed, the integration will assign the contact owner.
Duration will be set with the Aircall call duration including waiting and ringing time.
Description will be a note containing:
- Call ID
- Link to the conversation in Aircall Dashboard (Recording, AI…)
- Aircall team (If available)
- Aircall number name
- Tags (As text)
- Notes made by the User in Aircall

If you are subscribed to the AI package, the description will also contain AI insights:
- Sentiment
- Summary
- Key Topics

Thanks to Sellsy native functionality the tool is already configured to open Aircall Workspace when you click a number on Sellsy.
1-way contact sync
When you create or update a contact in Sellsy the integration will create or update the contact in Aircall too.
⚠️ Please Note: This will only happen with new contacts you create after you installed the integration. To add existing contacts to Aircall you can import them from Sellsy.
⚠️ Please Note: Aircall does not allow 2 contacts with the same phone number. If a duplicated contact is created in Sellsy it will override the existing contact information in Aircall with the latest contact information.
⚠️ Please Note: Contacts deleted in Sellsy will not be deleted in Aircall.
Secure setup & Aircall number selection
The integration uses OAuth protocol to securely connect to Aircall and provide easy user experience. If you are logged in and have admin permissions, you can install it in a few clicks.
During the installation flow you will be able to select what Aircall numbers you want to connect to Sellsy. The integration will log activity for inbound or outbound calls only from those selected numbers.
