The Sellsy integration has been developed by the Aircall certified solution partner AOS. The integration is made available to all Aircall customers at no extra cost besides the price of the subscriptions with both products, Sellsy and Aircall.
Installation
Notes before starting
- If you already have an installation and want to reinstall, ensure you remove the existing one from Aircall before reinstalling again
- Make sure to set up your Aircall number settings before the installation (recordings, call routing, Transcriptions, etc.)
- Select international phone number format in Sellsy to ensure the integration is able to match contacts by phone number, otherwise the integration features will not work as intended
- For call summaries, sentiment, and conversation topics to appear in Call activities you need to have the Aircall AI package activated
Installation steps
The installation flow must start from the Aircall Dashboard
- Go to the Integrations & API section and search for/click the Sellsy integration
- Click Install integration
- Follow the instructions prompted at each stage during the installation
- Once done, make a test call to confirm that everything works
- You can call an existing contact, and if the contact appears in the Aircall insight cards then the integration is working correctly!
⚠️ Please note: In some cases contact sync can take up to 20 minutes to be configured when first installed. Other features will work immediately after a successful integration.
Uninstalling the integration
The Sellsy integration needs to be uninstalled from the Aircall side to have an immediate effect. Once the integration has been uninstalled in the Aircall Dashboard it will also be automatically removed from Sellsy.
