If you are using the Desktop app on macOS, you can clear your Aircall Workspace cache by following these steps:

Open the Aircall Phone

Click on the Phone Application in the menu bar at the top of the screen

Select Debug Tools

Select Clear Application Data
Windows
If you are using the Desktop app on Windows, you can clear your Aircall Workspace cache by following these steps:

Open the Aircall Phone

Click on the Notification Area, on the right side of the Windows Taskbar

Right-click on the Aircall Icon in the taskbar to open the menu

Select Debug Tools

Select Clear Application Data
Web/Browser
