Bear in mind that invitations to an Aircall account are sent from the email address noreply@notify.aircall.io and your email account should allow you to receive emails from this domain.
Invitation emails will look like this:
This Accept Invitation button will lead you to a URL that starts similarly as the following example:
https://brcs2zd1.r.us-west-2.awstrack.me/L0/https:%2F%2Femail-verification.aircall.io%2Fauth%2Fv1%2Fusers%2Fidentities%2Fconfirmation%3Fpayload=
⚠️ In case you receive an error when clicking on the Accept Invitation button, please validate if the URL in your Browser starts by a different domain, such as:
https://us-email-isolation.prod.fire.glass/
https://clicktime.symantec.com
https://<region>.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/
https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/
https://protect.mimecast.com/s/
https://<region>.secure-web.cisco.com/
https://global.sitesafety.trendmicro.com/urlcheck/
https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/
https://gateway.zscloud.net/
https://app.ironscales.com/link/
https://companyname.avanan.net/
https://email-security.sophos.com/
If this is the case, then it means your company's security tools (such as content blockers to avoid phishing or malware) are blocking Aircall's Accept Invitation URL. You should contact your IT team so they can whitelist the URLs from emails coming from Aircall (noreply@notify.aircall.io), and therefore allow your Users to accept invitation emails.
You may be able to resent invitation emails following these instructions: Resending User Invitations
