In the Zoho integration, you will observe that the call activity logs to the agent who made or answered a call, however the call recording link and call notes are not logged to the same agent.
This is because in Zoho the owner of a note is automatically assigned to the authenticated user whose access token is used to make the request. This user is the admin who installed the integration, meaning all notes and call recording links will show the owner as that admin.
This is due to a limitation in the Zoho Notes API.
