- Is your Freshdesk integration still active in the Aircall Dashboard?
- Is your Aircall number on which calls are made connected to your Freshdesk integration? Visit this article for more information on verifying this.
- Do you have any mandatory fields to create new contacts or to open or resolve tickets in Freshdesk? Please ensure that there is no field set as required except the ones listed below, otherwise Aircall's integration will not be able to create a new contact and/or tickets in Freshdesk:
