Currently, Aircall does not offer a dedicated sandbox environment for testing. However, if you are needing to conduct test, one option is as follows:
How to Conduct Tests:
- Create Test Users and Numbers: During the test period, you can create new users and numbers within your account.
- Label as "TEST USER" or "TEST NUMBER": Name them as "TEST USER" or "TEST NUMBER" to clearly identify them as test entities.
- Delete After Testing: Once your tests are complete, you can delete these users and numbers.
