To access Call history in Aircall Workspace click on the clock icon towards the bottom of the left sidebar:
Alternatively, users can navigate to the Calls page of the Inbox, and select Call History. More information on the Calls view page can be found at: Aircall Workspace - Inbox-Calls
After clicking, users will see a list of all their inbound and outbound calls. Calls are displayed for both open and closed conversations:
If a user wishes to see the details of a specific call, simply click the call to open the Conversation details to see the call type (inbound/outbound), the notes added by the user handling the call, the time of the call, the tags, the company the numbers belongs to, etc.
Understanding the icons
Hovering over a call, users are able to take the following quick actions: Call, Assign, Close, Copy number, Add to Power Dialer, or Mark as read/unread:
If a conversation is assigned to a user, for all associated calls they will see that user's icon on the right, showing either their initials or their picture, depending on whether the user has personalized their profile with a picture or not.
Bulk actions and bulk selection is also possible in this view. Bulk actions available: mark as read/ unread, close/ reopen, add to power dialer.
⚠️ Note: Bulk actions apply to entire conversations, not individual calls. For example, closing a conversation removes all associated calls from the active view. If a new call occurs, the conversation will reopen automatically or can be reopened manually.
