Some outbound calls will be billed as Premium (also referred to as Special). These calls incur a higher charge because they are directed to prefixes that impose elevated rates on callers for specific services.
⚠️ Premium calls are not included in Aircall's bundles (see our article about bundles here).
Identify Premium Calls on Your Invoice
The call type is indicated on the left side of the minutes billed on your monthly invoice.

| Mobile | Outbound calls to a mobile number |
| Landline | Outbound calls to a landline number |
| Premium | Outbound calls to a number with a prefix that incurs a higher cost |
| Toll-free | Inbound calls billed due to the prefix used |
