After the launch of the new Mac OS 15.0 Sequoia there have been multiple reports in Apple forums regarding issues with management software MDMs (such as JAMF) and security endpoints which might impact applications' connectivity.
Aircall has detected an impact on our applications, either having the application blocked completely or having calls disconnected with a connection error within the first minute of establishing the call.
In order to avoid this issue we recommend the following:
For MDM software
Go to Settings > network > firewall > options > toggle off block incoming connections
For security endpoints (Antivirus)
Go to Settings > network > VPN and Filters > and disable the content blocker
