Analytics+: Drill down fields - SMS

Event

The type of the user event.

Currently we handle the following events:

outbound_message_sent if the message was sent by the company. inbound_message_received if the message was received from the customer.

Date time (Selected Timezone)

The Date time when the event occurred, provided in the requested timezone from timezone filter.

The date format is the same as this one.

Aircall number

The name and number of the Aircall number involved in the SMS.

Example: Customer_Support (+32 89 68 10 12)

Country code

The same as Country code.

Customer number

The external number involved in the call, i.e. the number of the customer.

Format: (Phone Number)

Example: +33 6 63 58 39 20

Is MMS

Is this an MMS (yes/no)

Segments

The number of segments for this SMS. Please note that segments are only used for SMS, not MMS.
