Date time (Selected Timezone) |
The Date time when the event occurred, provided in the requested timezone from timezone filter. The date format is the same as this one. |
Aircall number |
The name and number of the Aircall number involved in the SMS. Example: Customer_Support (+32 89 68 10 12) |
Country code |
The same as Country code. |
Customer number |
The external number involved in the call, i.e. the number of the customer. Format: (Phone Number) Example: +33 6 63 58 39 20 |

Segments |
The number of segments for this SMS. Please note that segments are only used for SMS, not MMS. |
