Symptom
Users are unable to dial to certain Toll Free numbers.
Cause
Aircall only supports dialing E164 format numbers, meaning that Universal Toll Free numbers are not supported to be called by Aircall.
Additionally, in most countries Toll free numbers are designed to receive calls locally, and thus do not support international inbound calls.
Solution
To ensure that outbound calls to Toll Free numbers are successful, please make sure to dial from an Aircall number that is local to the Toll Free number, and to not dial out Universal Toll Free numbers.
