When attempting to create a new user in Aircall, the user can only enter the name and surname fields but is unable to click the 'Confirm' button as it is greyed out or scroll through the page to complete other required fields.

This issue is usually related to the page not being displayed correctly, possibly due to a browser zoom setting or display resolution.

To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
- Ensure that your browser window is not zoomed in. You can reset the zoom level by pressing Ctrl + 0 (Windows) or Cmd + 0 (Mac).
- Try using a different web browser to see if the issue persists.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- If you are using any browser extensions, try disabling them temporarily.
