When looking at conversations, users may want to view more information about specific calls. With the Call Details page, users are able to see any needed information:
From the Conversation page, users can click on a call bubble to expand the details, showing any Action items generated by AI or entered manually by the user, other AI-insights (mood, key topics, summary), Voicemail recording and transcript, Tags, or Notes from a call. Only, users with Aircall AI will be able to see insights such as Action items, Customer mood, the Summary of the call, and Key topics.
Additionally, users can click on the Show call details icon to view the same information, in the Previous call insights along with the recording player and transcript, if the user has access to the recording. Users can also can click Copy call ID in this view to copy the ID to provide to Support for troubleshooting if needed.
