To access the list of your teammates from Aircall Workspace, you will need to click on the third icon on the left-hand side. Once there, you'll see a list with teammates displayed in alphabetical order.
In the list you will see:
- Teammates's name and surname
- Email address
- Extension number
- Details of current status
You will also find the same information when you click on the teammates' details:
If your teammate is Available, they will appear with a green dot next to their profile icon. If they are Unavailable, they will appear with a red dot. The black dot indicates that the teammate is disconnected from the Aircall Workspace.
When a teammate is Unavailable, the sub-status reason will also appear.
As an admin user, you can also check the agent availability from the Activity Feed if you are subscribed to the Professional plan.
Additionally you will see a Call teammate button in the list and details view which allows users to dial their teammates quickly from this view:
