The Notifications section in your Aircall account settings allows you to manage and customize email notifications based on specific events. This helps ensure you’re updated on important account activities without needing to constantly check the app.
To access your account settings in Aircall Workspace, click on your name in the bottom left corner, then click Settings, and make sure you are on the Notifications page.
Types of Notifications Available
You can toggle email notifications for the following events:

Voicemails: Receive an email each time a voicemail is left on one of the numbers you’re associated with. The email includes a link to the voicemail recording.
- ⚠️ Note: On an IVR number, only users added to Call data and access will receive voicemail notifications.

Call Assignments (coming soon): Receive an email when a call is assigned to you by a team member, enabling you to follow up even if your app is closed.

Daily Follow-Up: Receive a daily summary email listing missed calls and voicemails that have not yet been addressed. This email is sent at 8:00 AM UTC.

Webhooks Notification: For accounts with active Webhooks, receive email alerts if they are deactivated or reactivated by Aircall.

Activity Summary: Choose to receive a summary of call activities on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This report includes inbound, outbound, and total calls, as well as the percentage of missed calls. The email is sent at 8:00 AM UTC on the designated schedule.
Notification Preferences by Role
Certain notifications may vary based on the user role:

Owner, Admin, Supervisor, and Agent Roles:
- Voicemail notifications
- Call assignments
- Daily follow-up summary

Owner Role Only:
- Monthly Invoices (sent as a PDF)

Admin Role Only:
- Activity Report (summary of call activity)

Adjusting Notifications on the Dashboard
As a Supervisor, Admin, or Owner, you can adjust the same notification settings directly from the Aircall Dashboard. You also have the ability to manage notification preferences for other users through the Dashboard:
- Log in to the Dashboard
- Navigate to Users on the left-hand menu
- Select the user whose notification preferences you want to adjust
- Click on Notifications and toggle settings as needed
