To put it simply, yes- you can use Aircall Workspace to make Aircall calls to your teammates that are also using Aircall!
These calls do not show up in the Call History section of Aircall Workspace, but are entirely free.
To make an Aircall call to your teammate, open Aircall Workspace, click on Start Conversation in the vertical menu, and type the name of your teammate in the search bar. You can also search for an available teammate in the Contacts -> Teammates section to initiate a call to them.
If they are unavailable, you will not be able to initiate a call.
When you are on a call, your toolbar with primary actions will appear as shown below.
Please also take note that these calls are:
- Not recorded
- Not transferable
- You cannot add notes
- You cannot add tags
- You cannot assign these calls
- You can add five people maximum to an internal call
⚠️ Please note that parallel calling cannot be used with internal calls or calls between teammates on Aircall. Additionally, please note that you need to be assigned to at least one number, before being able to make internal calls.
