The Aircall app provides customizable keyboard shortcuts to help you perform key actions quickly and efficiently. With these shortcuts, you can easily manage calls and update your status without needing to navigate through multiple menus.
Accessing Shortcuts Settings
To customize your shortcuts, navigate to:
- Settings in Aircall Workspace
- Select Shortcuts from the menu on the left
Available Shortcuts
Conversation
- Start a New Conversation:

Calling
These shortcuts allow you to manage calls seamlessly:
- Pick Up a Call:
⌥ + P - Decline a Call:
⌥ + E - Hang Up:
⌥ + E - Mute Microphone:
⌥ + M
Status
Update your availability status with the following shortcuts. Note that if you use these during an active call, your status will only change after the call ends:
- Become Available:
⌥ + A - Become Unavailable:
⌥ + U - Switch to Scheduled Status:
⌥ + S
Tips for Using Shortcuts
- Use these shortcuts to streamline your workflow, especially if you frequently switch between calls and need quick control over your status.
- For the Status shortcuts, remember that changes only apply after a call ends if used during an active call.
