To access your call settings in Aircall Workspace, click on your name in the bottom left corner, then click Settings, and make sure you are on the Call settings page.

Wrap-up time
Users can choose to set a wrap-up time to complete any tasks that occur after a conversation has ended. Keep in mind that when wrap-up time is applied you will be unable to receive new calls until the wrap-up time has been completed or you end it manually before the timeout.
Automatically close conversation after the call
Users are able to choose if conversations automatically close after calls instead of remaining open for tagging and adding notes.
⚠️ Please note: this setting is effective only if mandatory tagging is not set for a number. If mandatory tagging is set, users will need to add a tag before the conversation can be closed.
Automatically end wrap-up upon completing after-call work
Users can choose if their wrap-up time will automatically be ended once after-call work such as tagging and adding notes has been completed.
Voicemail drop
In the Voicemail drop section users can record and manage pre-recorded messages that can be submitted to a customer's voicemail after the beep.

Forward to external number
Users can choose an external number for calls they receive on Aircall to be forwarded to. For more information, please visit this article.
