In some specific cases, enabling noise cancellation in the Aircall desktop app can cause crashes while doing certain call actions such as dialing out or receiving a call. Many headsets and devices have their own built-in noise cancellation, which it could interfere with the additional noise cancellation being enabled in the Aircall app, so it is not recommended to have additional noise cancellation enabled in Aircall in such cases.
If a user is experiencing issues with their app crashing, and has noise cancellation enabled, it may be helpful to navigate to Settings > Preferences > Sounds on the Aircall Desktop App, then disable Noise Cancellation.
