Aircall now directly shows in the application which key was pressed by an external caller when dialing to one of your IVR numbers.
When a call is received by an agent, the IVR option that was dialed by the caller will be shown. In the example below, the IVR has the options Key 1 and Key 2, as well as a flow for when callers misdial an option, or don't select a key at all:
If a caller does not select a key or presses the wrong one, in this case the call will be routed to the option selected in the Smartflows number, and the agent's view in the Aircall phone app will display Invalid key:
