Your invoice will always match the costs specified in your contract. If the price is higher than expected, consider the following:
- Did I receive a one-time discount in my previous contract?
At Aircall's discretion, one-time discounts may be applied to customized plans. However, these discounts do not carry over upon renewal.
- Was I notified of any price changes by Aircall?
If Aircall has increased its prices, you will have been notified by email. Please check your inbox for any relevant communications.
- Did my country's tax rate change in the past month?
For example, in January 2024, France increased its VAT from 19.6% to 20%. As a result, the VAT for French-based customers increased by 0.4% on invoices from January 2024 onwards.

If you notice a price discrepancy between your invoice and your contract, please refer to your plan overview on your dashboard (My Company -> Plan). You will be able to see at a glance the features included in your contract and the corresponding price:
